Courier Partner: Ninja Van Philippines - Parcel Delivery Company or GogoExpress or Any Preferred Courier by the Customer

Standard Delivery Pack (Metro Manila Only) (1-3 Days)

-  delivery attempt of the Parcel within 3 Working Days at any time between 9.00 am to 10.00 pm for Parcels with Metro Manila as the final destination

- delivery attempt of parcel no later than 3 working days between 9.00 am to 10.00 pm after the day of pick up (“1-3 Day”) for Metro Manila to Metro Manila parcels

- Some metro manila destinations within the perimeter of neighbouring provinces may incur higher shipping charges due to distance. Cocolushph will notify the customer if this occurs.

Cocolushph will proceed with the delivery once payments are confirmed. (within 1-3 working days)

Due to Covid - 19 restrictions, some deliveries may take some time to complete.

Standard Delivery Pack (Metro Manila to Provincial Parcels) (1-7Days)

- delivery attempt of the Parcel within 7 Working Days at any time between 9.00 am to 10.00 pm for Parcels with the final destination outside of Metro Manila (Provincial)

- delivery attempt of parcel no later than 7 working days between 9.00 am to 10.00 pm after the day of pick up (“1-7 Day”) for Metro Manila to Provincial parcels.

- Some provincial locations may not be available, Cocolushph will notify the customer if this occurs. 

Cocolushph will proceed with the delivery once payments are confirmed. (within 1-3 working days)

Cash on Delivery Services

Ninja Van Partner Courier will be the one to collect the COD amount upon checkout from the website. (applies only if COD payment option has opted)

Cocolushph will notify the customer once products are shipped via automatic notifications and/or get a call from us for confirmation.

Metro Manila Only - Less than 1kg (with shipping charges) 1kg and up (Free Shipping)

Outside Metro Manila - Less than 1kg (with shipping charges) 1kg and up (Free Shipping)
